different recipes of filling can be apply to the tart crust. If you apply egg filling, we call it "egg tart", if fruits and we named it "fruit tart' and if apply cheeze, it will be "cheeze tart". this cheeze tart can be varies such as "cheeze tart blueberry, coklat, carrot or whatever flavour you want to try...

for egg filling, it's just straight forward technique. firstly, bake the crust for 7 minutes at 300 degree F. while waiting, prepare filling as follows [mix 4 egg yorks, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can sweetened milk and few drops of yellow coloring until smooth and ready to use]. take the crust out of the oven and pour the mixture into it and bake again for another 20 minutes. that's it.
